Two tower 20 station suction fed booklet maker with on-line stitch, fold and trim. It handles a wide range of coated and uncoated stocks up to SRA3 and 280gsm. Collating up to 5000 sets per hour this is a real productivity aid.
The collators can deliver collated only sets into a delivery tray via the exit to the right of the towers or feed automatically to the left of the towers into the booklet finishing units. The system also allows for hand feeding and hand marrying into the booklet maker unit. Twin adjustable real fed stitching heads allow for differing booklet thickness.

General Description: A3 Printer/Offset delivery stacking/3000 sheet feed table and delivery stacking. Ideal for multi job runs with each job seperated by offset stacking. Print to A3 on paper, card, envelopes, NCR, coated stocks, high resolution image 600x600dpi and very economical to use. Great register due to the well established Duplo belt suction feed system as tried and tested on their range of collators. Wide range of ink colours, plus print colour on colour.
